If you need a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) for mortgage financing or refinancing at Real Estate Closings for attorneys or title offices I am here to serve you. My fees typically range from $110 - $150, contingent upon number of pages, time, and notarization. I am available with sufficient notice to block out the time necessary to attend closings.



E-Recording Services Provided By


We are set up for E-Recording your original documents through Simplifile. See Simplifile section below for our fees and services. The benefit of E-Recording is that the documents are recorded within 5 minutes to 4 hours. Expediting a recording may be beneficial if you have a closing in the next 24 hours and a document needs to be recorded prior to the closing. Under some circumstances, as long as the items needing recording are in recordable form, e-recording may satisfy real estate closing requirements if e-recorded before 10:00 a.m. for a 5:00 p.m. or later closing.

For a flat fee, we'll prepare your eviction packages whether it is for a 3-day Notice (Non-Payment of Rent), 7-day (Non-Compliance of Lease) or 30-day Notice (Termination of Lease).


Each package contains the following:


  • Completed forms for all 3 Steps

  • Certified Mailing of the Notice


What is not included:


  • Any Court filing fees

  • Process Server fees

Our Quitclaim Deed package that includes E-Recording is $135 per Quitclaim Deed up to two pages.


E-recording services are provided by Simplifile.


As long as we maintain your original Warranty Deed, Quitclaim Deed, Mortgage, Certified Death Certificate or Power of Attorney, we may provide you E-Recording services for a nominal fee.


Call for additional pricing for Warranty Deeds, Mortgages, Power of Attorneys, Death Certificates to be E-Recorded. The benefits of E-Recording is the documents are recorded within 5 minutes to 4 hours. 


The fee for a legal document preparer may be less if combined with a divorce package. As part of the deed preparation, notary public services are included in price. A legal document preparer who is a notary public may act as one of the witnesses in most cases.


In states such as Georgia, we may not e-record for non-attorneys. In Georgia, e-recording or preparation of real estate documents by a non-attorney who is not licensed or under the supervision of an attorney is the unauthorized practice of law.

How Is Notary Signing Agent Pricing Determined?


As a Florida Notary Public, I am a Notary Signing Agent providing services throughout Volusia, Orange, Flagler, Seminole, Lake, Marion and other counties in the surrounding area. I work for you in an efficient and professional manner. Other areas are available for an additional fee to cover mileage and travel time.

For efficiency and surety to you, I bring the following equipment and materials:


  • Laser printer

  • Laptop

  • Several reams of paper

  • Extra laser cartridge

  • Cell phone

  • Charger and/or power cords for equipment

  • Notary stamp

  • Log book

  • Pens

  • If required, for your and my protection, I bring a digital camera too to take pictures of individuals signing at their residence.

To ensure you are provided with expedited service, you are either called or emailed immediately after the closing to notify completion. I understand that time is of the essence. I will make every effort to immediately scan in the documents and email to you the same day (contingent upon closing time).

If Notary Public services are required, the notary public fees are included in the document preparation charge. Traditionally, you will receive your typed package by email. Notary Public services are provided for clients who come to our office. Upon request, we will make other arrangements for delivery of your documents prepared by a legal document preparer, virtual paralegal, in-house paralegal or Bankruptcy Petition Preparer, whichever is applicable. The fee for a notary public wedding officiant, who only officiates the wedding, is limited by statute and the wedding officiant is to charge no more than $30. Costs incurred by a wedding officiant or services provided by a wedding officiant are separate from the statutory rate.
