Real Estate Paralegal Services - E-Recording
Attorneys, Realtors, and Title Office
We provide e-recording services through Simplifile. We are allowed to electronically record instruments in any county in Florida which is supported by electronic recording. Please note that not all counties support e-recording and require original documents to be mailed in to the county of address of the real property.
In addition, we may e-record deeds and other recordable instruments in any state which accepts Simplifile e-recording services. In some states, such as Georgia, we are not allowed to e-record because in Georgia, it is construed as unauthorized practice of law. We are allowed to e-record deeds and other instruments in the United States except where e-recording is not accepted or only an attorney or realtor may e-record.
